| MPPH was founded in March of 2006 as a not-for-profit, mortgage industry-based, charitable foundation. Our goal is to provide food, water, shelter, education, medical services and hope for the impoverished children and families of rural India. It is only through the collective help of giving, dedicated and committed mortgage professionals that we can hope to accomplish our goals of bettering the lives of children who have no access to basic social services and physical necessities. The MPPH Board of Advisors is comprised of a group of well respected, high integrity leaders in the mortgage industry who have voluntarily committed their time, talents and resources to further the mission of MPPH. Jack Davis, Board Member President, Jack Davis & Associates and Partner Smartleads USA, LLC Jack Davis is a prominent national speaker that has served at all levels of the mortgage lending industry for over 30 years. Mr. Davis has been the keynote speaker for CloseMore University for over 4 years. His primary goal is helping mortgage professionals better their careers and the lives of those who surround them. Jack and his wife Marilyn have been married for 39 years, and have two grown children. |

Greg Schroeder, Board Member Partner, Comergence Marketing Group Greg Schroeder was a 20-year veteran of the mortgage industry and was widely recognized for his innovative marketing methods. He was responsible for developing FastQual.com, CloseMoreNow and Home123. Mr. Schroeder serves as a board member for the NAMB, NextAce and GoSmart, Inc. Greg resides in Trabuco Canyon, California with his wife, Silvia. He is the father of two children and a recent grandfather. |

David L. Lykken, Board Member President and Founder, Mortgage Banking Services Direct, LLC David L. Lykken is a national mortgage industry consultant
with over 33 years experience in mortgage banking. David is a highly sought
after speaker and has appeared on "You and Your Money", a nationally
syndicated radio program. He consults on warehouse lending, broker-to-banker,
loan sales, investor relations and marketing. Previously, David founded two
regional mortgage banking companies and partnered in a national mortgage
company in California. David and his wife Nancy have been married 22 years,
have two daughters and live in Austin, Texas. |

Rob Bernabe, Board Member Senior Vice President, H&R Block Mortgage Company Rob Bernabe is responsible for HRBMC's retail mortgage business, and has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years. He started his career at KPMG, consulting to numerous companies in the financial services sector. He has served as president of several mortgage banking entities, including E*TRADE Mortgage Corporation. Rob is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton. He and his wife Kim live in Silverado, California with their son,
Rob. They are members of Saddleback Church and are involved in leadership roles in several ministries. |
